1. What Kind Of Information We Collect

Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person uniquely.

We respect the privacy of every individual who uses our Services. We collect certain personal information that you voluntarily provide to us. For example, we maybe collect your name, email address, username, social network information and other information you provide us when you register, set up an account, contact us by e-mail or use our services.

We may also obtain information from other companies and combine that with information we collect on the Services. For example, when you link your account with Facebook, we might have access to your name and profile picture.

When you interact with our services, we collect the information that you choose to share with us. We may also edit stored photos, apply effects to them and use them to perform marketing activities. We will show your photos or your edited photos solely to you (for example by sending you promotional e-mails you opted-in).

We may also collect information about others if you use our Services to upload, share and distribute Content that contains information about them, including their name, image and online contact information. Do not send or share content that you wouldn’t want someone to save or share.

  • Content Information:We collect information about the content you provide, such as if the recipient has viewed the content and the metadata that is provided with the content.

 

  • Photo metadata:Photo metadata is usually technical data that is associated with the photos and videos. Photo metadata describes when, how, where, and by which device the photo was created. Photo metadata may also include data that helps us describe the rudimentary characteristics of photos, such as types of objects, surroundings and others present in the photos, in a manner that cannot be used to reconstruct the photos or uniquely identify any specific objects, individuals or surroundings.

 

  • Device Information:We collect device-specific information, such as the hardware model, operating system version, advertising identifier, unique application identifiers, unique device identifiers, browser type, language, wireless network, and mobile network information.

 

  • Camera and Photos:Many of our services require us to collect images and other information from your device’s camera and photos. We’ll access your camera and photos only after you give us your consent.

 

  • Location Information: When you use our services we may collect information about your location. With your consent, we may also collect information about your precise location using methods that include GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points, and other sensors, such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, and compasses.
  • Phone:Used for permissions that are associated telephony features with your consent to detect incoming calls to handle voice recording properly, stop and save recording when user pick up the call.

 

  • SMS: To facilitate the delivery of your messages through our app, with your consent, we may store your messages in encrypted form for a limited period of time. With our app, you are provided with an SMS and MMS messaging service. In order to facilitate the delivery of your messages through the app, we may store your messages in encrypted form for a limited period of time. However,we do not monitor the content of such messages.

 

  • Calendar:Used for permissions that are associated our app features with your consent.

 

  • Local Storage: Used for permissions that are associated our app features to save files on storage (internal and external) with your consent.

 

  • Microphone:to use a microphone to record voice as the main feature of the app described with your consent.

 

  • Information Collected by Cookies and Other Technologies:Like most online services and mobile applications, we may use cookies and other technologies, such as web beacons, web storage, and unique advertising identifiers, to collect information about your activity, browser, and device. We may also use these technologies to collect information when you interact with services we offer through one of our partners, such as commerce features. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually remove or reject browser cookies through the settings on your browser or device. Keep in mind, though, that removing or rejecting cookies could affect the availability and functionality of our services.

 

  • Identifiers: In addition, You may provide us with Your user identifier information regarding certain third party services, i.e. Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn and Twitter, necessary for the application to interoperate with such third party services. In that case We will store and process also that information (and also a mapped photo where applicable), for as long as You use the Services and will not use this information for any other purpose than required in order to obtain interoperability and functionality in relation to such third party services. Please note that we never store any passwords to the mentioned third party services.

 

  • Contact Information: If our app is obtained from other sources than Apple App Store or Google Play, you may share the names, numbers and email addresses contained in Your device’s address book (“Contact Information”) with us for the purpose described below under Enhanced Search. If you provide us with personal information about someone else, you confirm that they are aware that you have provided their data and that they consent to our processing of their data according to our Privacy Policy. If the our app is obtained from Google Play, we will only use permitted Contact Information to make our Services more relevant to you and your engagement with the community in our app.

In addition to Contact Information, if you choose to activate use of a third party social network service, such as Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn or Twitter, within our app, and we may up-load, store and use the list of identifiers associated with said services linked to the Contact Information in order to enhance the results shared with other users.

Please note that no other Contact Information than the phone numbers and thereto attached names and email addresses will be received, stored and used from the user’s address book. Other numbers or information that may be contained in your device’s phone book will be filtered away and will therefore not be stored or used by us. Addresses, passwords and credit card numbers and any other similar information will automatically be prevented from being entered into the app database by our safety algorithms, that filters any numbers and other information stored in the phone book in a number sequence not compatible with that used for telephone numbers. Please also note that you can always choose not to share Contact Information with us and if you have shared information, you can easily delist your number or opt-out to render your entire Contact Information unavailable for search in the database for Enhanced Search. The app accesses the contacts on the phone in order to display the contacts that were recorded and so the app can record or ignore calls from specific contacts. The contacts information is NOT transmitted nor stored on any server.

  • Name tagging: We may also associate a name with a phone number through the name tagging functionality, which allows a user who receives a call from a phone number which is not associated with a name in our database to indicate a name to be associated with that number. A name will only be associated with a number through this functionality if a sufficient number of independent users, based on our algorithm, have indicated the same name for the relevant number.

 

  • Call Block: Where a user within the services reports a phone number as spam, we store that phone number in combination with the user’s RegisterID in order to maintain the user’s spam list online but also for the purpose of building a community based spam blocking directory. On the Android platform, the user can also add a name to the phone number in question that will only be visible to that user.

 

  • Recording Call – Microphone access: We do not hold any recordings or user information on our own servers. Our app records phone calls. All recorded calls are recorded on the phone using the microphone on the device. The recorded files and related notes are stored on the phone’s storage and NO server is involved with recording phone calls. The recorded calls are not stored on our own server and can only be stored locally or on a third party cloud storage service such as Google Drive or Dropbox.

 

  • Methods of processing: The Data Controller processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data. The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.

 

For the following purposes that we may use personal information submitted by you: help us develop, deliver, and improve our products and services and supply higher quality service; manage online surveys and other activities you’ve participated in.

To have a better understanding of user’s behavior, solve problems in products and services, improve our products, services and advertising, we may collect non-personal information such as installed application name and package name, the data of install, frequency of use, country, equipment and channel.
